means anal virginity i.e., in this state, your boogina (gosho, musuri, or mudhoto) hasn't been sampled yet... okurrr! As for etymology, dhidhinity derives from a Shonglish combination of mudhidhi ("ass") and virginity.
Other related terms are dhidhiology and dhidhiologist. The former refers to proctology (or colorectal surgery) i.e. the study and treatment of problems affecting the rectum, anus, and colon.
But the latter dhidhiologist, that one means a colorectal surgeon or a bisexual person whose first preference is anal penetration (kufemera mugotsi or kudhomora mudhoto) over mbutex or stonyeni ("vaginal penetration").
