kuita hwejongwe

means premature ejaculation (PE) when a man comes faster (kutunda or kuprojusa) than his partner would like during coitus (mulundukwa) or sometimes earlier during foreplay i.e., when their penile frenulum is under invigorating sensual pressure.

Another similar phrase is kuita hwetsuro and in a nutshell, they both refer to how quickly either a rooster (jongwe) or a rabbit (tsuro) engages in mating by getting its rocks off in less than two minutes.

However, kuita hwejongwe isn't always much of a big deal as long as the man in question can recover soon enough for another round because, this time, he has to hold his load for a while, otherwise he'll increase his madam's sexual frustration.
