Borno State welcomed home 230 former Boko Haram fighters who finished their government rehabilitation program in Gombe State. Representatives from many Nigerian states attended the ceremony. Military officials, police, intelligence agencies, and development groups also joined the event to show their support for peace efforts in the region.
