The government finished building the Mutawatawa Magistrate Court during the first 50 days of this year's 100-day cycle. It registered 57 schools across Zimbabwe and almost completed the Gwanda Court Complex. President Mnangagwa and his Second Republic made big progress on promises to help regular citizens through many services and projects. These efforts aim to create a better society where more people have money and good jobs by 2030.
The justice system keeps spreading its services to more areas. Construction teams started building new courts in Kwekwe and Cowdray Park. Prison farms at Anju, Mazowe, Mutimurefu, and Hurungwe help inmates learn farming skills for life after release. The Building Brigade trains prisoners in construction work at these same farms. Five former prisoners found permanent jobs at MacDonald's Brick through a special employment program.
School construction shows real progress toward better education for all Zimbabweans. Workers finished 80 percent of a classroom block at E.D. Mnangagwa Secondary School in the Mutoko District. Gideon's Secondary in Gutu reached 82 percent completion. Teams finished Tamuka B Satellite School in Bindura. Harare High School in Mbare received a new ten-classroom building with a computer lab. Teams keep building at Gangarahwe Primary School in Hurungwe.
Karoi Junior School in Mashonaland West Province has almost completed its two-story classroom. Construction teams made good progress upgrading many schools, including Runyararo Adventist, Sinoia Primary, Hozvi Primary, Coban Global Primary, Mambodzvuku Secondary, Seke 2 High, Rusitu High, and St Pauls High. New affordable boarding places will soon open at Progress College, Gumbonzvanda, Tafira High, Howard Secondary, Kadhanya Secondary, Donsa Secondary, and St Mary's.
Sports facilities also received attention from government builders. A multipurpose court at Karigamombe in Zvimba District stands nearly ready for three different sports. Workers installed bucket seats in the VIP area and in bays 19, 20, and 21 at the National Sports Stadium in Harare. The Information Minister promised the stadium renovations would finish before year end, allowing Zimbabwe to host games at home again. Nembudziya Stadium construction moves forward ahead of Independence Day celebrations planned for Gokwe-Nembudziya.
The Warren Park Gym Facility in Harare has reached 80 percent completion and should open this month. Officials have finished translating important cultural heritage information into five languages: Venda, Sotho, Tonga, Ndau, and Sign Language. They just need to print and produce booklets. Work continues establishing the Victoria Falls Gallery and creating a digital registration platform for the National Arts Council of Zimbabwe.
