About 500 women from 20 Catholic churches in the Zomba Diocese, part of the Blantyre Archdiocese, got together at the Michiru Shrine in Chilomoni. She was really grateful that so many Catholic women from Zomba came to the Way of the Cross. She knows that a lot of people are having money problems right now, but they still made the effort to be there. "We look up to Mary, Jesus' mom," she said. We want to have faith that's as strong as hers."

Sister Abigail Kapeni is part of the Daughters of Wisdom group. She's from St Mary's Convent in Zomba. She said that doing the Way of the Cross at Michiru Shrine was a chance to think about how good God is to us. It helped the women appreciate all the blessings in their lives.
