Police discovered that Anderson belonged to a group that stole multiple cars between January and March. These included vehicles taken from Hatso, Amasaman, and Spintex, all in Greater Accra. When questioned by officers, Anderson admitted receiving GH¢4,000 for each stolen car.

He led police to a location near Kasoa where they hoped to find Baah, but he wasn't there. Authorities continue searching for Baah, who people commonly call Nana. Anderson has appeared in court as investigations continue into their car theft operation.
