Boadi studies in Dunkwa. Mussah promised the same travel help to him. He took GHC7,000 from Boadi. When January 27 came, nobody received any travel papers or tickets. The men called Mussah many times. He kept making excuses but never delivered anything. The angry victims reported everything to police officers. After the police had caught Mussah, he returned all three passports and GHC15,000 of the GHC82,000 he took. The police divided this money between all three men.
