A bunch of big names attended, like Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Agyemang Badu II, the Dormaahene, along with MP Dickson Kyere-Duah, MCE Dominic Adoma Ameyaw, former ambassador Kwadwo Nyamekye Marfo, and GHALCA chairman John Kofi Ansah.

Organizers think this cup can help grow local football by giving players a stage to perform, bringing communities together, and maybe pulling in more support with competitive incentives. This first run going well means it might turn into a regular thing for the Bono Region.
