Helen Ziwu, the Solicitor-General, explained that the Ministry of Justice handles legal advice for government operations, criminal cases, and human rights stuff. The whole meeting was about getting everyone on the same page about how the AG's office works and what recent changes they've made to stop hemorrhaging state funds.
