AGM members can now bring in some materials without paying taxes. The group also joined several important national committees, signed deals with similar groups in Senegal, and was invited to meetings in Morocco and China.

Mr. Saho believes these successes led to the award. He wants the government to keep supporting AGM's work. The group has helped shape The Gambia's national development plan for 2023-2027. Many AGM members pay a lot in taxes.

AGM hopes to continue working with partners to boost The Gambia's economy. Mr. Saho thinks this will create jobs for young people. He is excited about an upcoming event in the city of Kaolack in January 2025.
