Airtel Uganda just built five new cell towers in Kabale to make phones work better. They keep putting money into stronger signals because they want everyone in the Kigezi area to use the internet without problems. The Sales Director, Mr. Wongani Muthayi, spoke at the event about how good signals help people. He said better phone service lets people trade across borders, learn more, grow businesses, and use banking apps. The new cell towers help people in several neighborhoods, including Kyetobokeire, Kekuubo, Nyabushabi, Rwakabara, Ahakempu by Katuna Road, Irimbo near Katuna Road, Mwanjari, and Kigongi. Local shops, students, farmers, and families can stay in touch more easily because of these towers. Airtel backs this up with 96 money branches, 3400 agents, and two service shops around town. Kabale Deputy Mayor Kedress Mutabazi thanked Airtel at the event. She said people knew Airtel for cheap prices, but bad signals caused problems before. She praised the company for fixing the network issues that bothered many customers. The company wants every part of Uganda to have affordable phone service as part of its big plan. Mr. Wongani thanked Kabale residents for choosing Airtel Uganda. He explained that building these towers fits into their larger goal of bringing internet to all corners of Uganda. The company believes nobody should miss out on digital progress. These improvements help Airtel stay ahead as the network that gives power to communities, helps businesses succeed, and creates new ideas across the country.
