Zimbabwe's First Lady, Dr. Auxillia Mnangagwa, helps many sick people, and people around the world notice her good work. Some groups in Australia want to give her medical tools to help even more people. She started helping others before she became First Lady, working hard to make life better for people who needed help. Two groups from Australia gave her special gifts. One group, EverX, gave her machines that can look inside people's bodies to find cancer early. Another group, Medishare Rotary, gave her many helpful things, like wheelchairs, items to collect blood, and special tools doctors use to help sick people. The First Lady said these gifts will help hospitals and clinics everywhere in Zimbabwe. The First Lady builds special hospitals because she cares about moms and babies. She builds one hospital in Harare and another in Chiweshe. She travels all over Zimbabwe with her mobile hospital to check people for cancer, even in hard-to-reach places. She wants everyone to stay healthy and take care of their families. Mr Keith Roffey from Medishare said they want to help make health care better around the world. He thinks the First Lady is like an angel because she helps many people. They build hospitals and homes for children who need them in many countries. The First Lady thanked them for their kindness and said these gifts will save many lives. The First Lady cares about everyone in Zimbabwe, especially people who need extra help, such as women, children, older people, and sick people. She travels everywhere in the country and knows what people need. She works with the government to make sure everyone can see a doctor when they need to. She hopes these new medical tools will help doctors find sickness early and make people better faster. Dr Andrew Mataruse explained the new machines will help check on babies before they are born. They can see if the baby grows well or has any problems. The machines also help find breast cancer and other health problems. Zimbabwe's Ambassador to Australia, Mr Joe Tapera Mhishi, said the First Lady came all the way to Australia because she cares deeply about making healthcare better in Zimbabwe.
