A speeding car wreck just took out two people and banged up boxer Anthony Joshua. The FRSC in Ogun State says the crash on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway happened because the driver was going too fast and tried a stupid overtake. The Lexus SUV, license plate KRD 850 HN, smashed into a parked truck near Sinoma. Five people were in the car. Two died, Joshua got hurt, and two others were fine. Joshua's security team took him to a hospital for minor injuries. The bodies went to the morgue at Livewell Hospital in Sagamu. The police spokesperson for Ogun State, DSP Oluseyi Babaseyi, said they've started a full investigation into the whole thing. He sent condolences to the families of the dead people. He also promised the public they would get more information later. The wreck occurred when the Lexus driver tried to pass another vehicle from the wrong side, the right side, and then hit the stationary truck head-on. FRSC rescue teams from Sagamu responded to the scene after getting the call.
