She brought experience from Warner Chappell and Concord to the table.

The company also brought on Tom Paul from Decca Records to beef up the sync team. On top of that, Nightjar locked down an exclusive deal with 5DB Studios and Label, which is run by Alex Eden Smith, who used to work at Parlophone and Columbia. The partnership means 5DB artists get full publishing services through Nightjar while working out of Walters Workshops in London.

CEO Simon Fawcett said the moves keep them independent and focused on artists in a changing market.
