Patrick Katabaazi Kiconco became the Rwamucucu area party chairman when nobody ran against him. He promised to help everyone regardless of their background. Jackson Rwamwehare won against Laston Besigye in another local contest. These elections prepare the party for bigger national votes coming soon.
