The whole thing wrapped up when police got a tip and found the two arrested guys hanging out at a local drinking spot. Their other buddies are still out there. The case is now with a provincial magistrate named Brenda Kachepa, with a prosecutor called Olivia Chamutinya laying out the facts. The pair has no fixed address, which probably didn't help their case for bail.
