Zimborders is a group of people and companies from Zimbabwe, South Africa, and beyond. Banks and global investors back them. They are partners with Zimbabwe's government. The deal is a long-term concession.

The group said they tried to keep the increases small. They want to give good service while dealing with inflation, so they are absorbing extra costs for regular vehicles to help people out.
