AHM Bazlur Rahman facilitated discussions while Shuvankar Chakraborty presented regional challenges and opportunities. Rezowana Chowdhury from Patuakhali Deputy Commissioner's Office served as chief guest. The dialogue aimed to create safer digital environments through collaborative partnerships between government and civil society organizations.
