Masvingise would not talk about the problem and accused Masvingo Mirror of bias against his party. Zanu PF used similar tactics during 2022 elections when they promised solar boreholes but abandoned the projects after losing. National Constitutional Assembly spokesperson Maddock Chivasa said Zanu PF fails to keep promises before elections even happen.
