The judge ordered Kamoga to return on May 5 with every remaining land document. This marks just the latest problem for the land broker. Last month, he ran from police trying to arrest him for another fraud case about 200 acres in Garuga. Someone named Fredrick Ssengooba also sued Kamoga for over one billion shillings. Ssengooba says Kamoga wrongfully put land titles under his name instead of the rightful owners.
