CAESZ Ramps Up Fight Against Sanctions in Zimbabwe

A group called Citizens Against Economic Sanctions Zimbabwe wants to fight harder to end the rules that make it hard for Zimbabwe to trade with other countries. Their leader, Mr Zharare, talked to news people in Harare about these rules, which he says are making it difficult for Zimbabwe to grow stronger.

Mr Zharare believes these rules are stopping Zimbabwe from becoming a richer country by 2030. He wants everyone to understand how these rules hurt Zimbabwe's people. The country has big plans to make life better for everyone by building new roads, schools, and other important things. People have already promised to give more than two billion dollars to help build these things.

But Mr Zharare says the rules from other countries make it hard to finish these projects quickly. He thinks these rules stop people from finding jobs and make it harder for businesses to grow bigger. He wants Zimbabwe to work together with other African countries and the whole world to make things better.

His group travels around Zimbabwe to talk to people about staying strong and working together. They want everyone to help make their country stronger. They talked to many people last year and plan to talk to even more people this year. They believe if everyone works together, Zimbabwe can become a much richer country where everyone has a better life.
