The Standard newspaper gave out awards yesterday to three staff members. Layout editor Saderr Cham earned the employee of the month prize. Dibba pays for these monthly and yearly prizes because he wants to motivate everyone at The Standard, especially the reporting team. His support shows his dedication to good journalism.

Sheriff Bojang, who runs The Standard as managing director, handed out the prizes during the ceremony. He expressed gratitude toward Dibba for his constant support of the newspaper and its staff members. Bojang also congratulated the winners on their achievements and pushed them to keep improving their skills at work.
