Government data shows some children miss school because they cannot travel there. The charity believes bikes will solve this transport problem. All the bicycles are brand new and built to last for years of daily use.

UNICEF workers and education officials thanked Child Fund for helping students. The remaining 500 bikes will arrive later to complete the full donation. Regional education directors praised the effort to get more children into classrooms.
