Ebrima Sonko works as a community helper with the Sama Kairo Federation. He has noticed big improvements since his team stepped in. The women struggled badly before, but his team found what they needed most. He promised the women they would handle their current problems with garden tools. His team plans to fix these issues together. ChildFund built another well at Tendaba village, where Manneh Sanneh lives. She explained they used to lack water from early morning until late afternoon. That changed completely after ChildFund showed up. Water runs whenever they turn on the tap. The nursery school connects to this system, letting children drink anytime they want. Sajor Trawally keeps records for Tendaba village and says everyone benefits from the well. Taps work at seven spots around town. The most important places with taps include the mosque, market, and school. These locations serve both adults and kids who need water. Sajor expressed thanks to ChildFund for helping them out. The organization also helped folks start a backyard garden project somewhere else in Foni and supported animal-raising efforts in Jambanjelly.
