Message:
Wicknell Chivayo and Lucy Muteke won’t have a body viewing before burial. Family spokesperson Hebert Chivayo explained that the Marondera helicopter crash caused devastating injuries that make traditional ceremonies impossible. Impact forces and fire scattered remains at Kudenga Farm during bad weather. Relatives encountered severe damage upon reaching the scene. Severed heads and burnt bodies prevent any open-casket opportunity for mourners gathered at Gletwin mansion. The gory conditions mean relatives cannot hold standard farewell rituals for the couple. Jah Prayzah, Zodwa Mkandla, Madam Boss, and Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa visited to offer condolences. Walter Magaya, Passion Java, Uerbert Angel, and Mudiwa Hood also paid respects at the family home. Public attendance remains welcome at Glen Forest Cemetery on Thursday despite these tragic circumstances.
