Corsair's New HXi PSUs Bring Quiet Power and Smarter Cables

Corsair launched better HX1200i and HX1500i power supplies for 2025. These fully modular units earned Cybenetics Platinum ratings with 91% efficiency. They feature updated cables with debossed designs and low-profile cable combs for neater builds. The power supplies come with two 12V-2x6 GPU cables that have dual-color connectors showing when connections are secure.

The HXi Series works with high-performance computers using the latest NVIDIA RTX 50 and AMD 9070 graphics cards. These units meet ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 standards for current technology. They support Modern Standby for quick wake times and good efficiency at low loads. Their resonant LLC design with DC-to-DC conversion delivers stable power throughout your system.

Users can control these power supplies through Corsair iCUE software. The program lets people create custom fan curves, check power usage, and switch between single or multi-rail protection settings. These features previously appeared only in the premium AXi Series. The units contain 100% Japanese 105°C capacitors for lasting reliability. A 140mm fluid dynamic bearing fan keeps things cool but turns off completely during light use for silent operation.
