A Zimbabwe High Court invalidated Sengezo Tshabangu's expulsion from the Citizens Coalition for Change in a default judgment. Ncube provided an outdated three-year-old party resolution from January 2022 that discussed election participation but never mentioned litigation authority. The judge declared the entire February disciplinary process against Tshabangu null because committee members lacked legitimate authority when they met in Harare.
