The lawyer is pushing for the NPA to take the case to the High Court. He insists the Chiyangwas deliberately took control of Guramatunhu's digital accounts and transferred the assets to their own wallets. Rubaya even offered to provide legal research to help the prosecution understand the issue, stressing that the definition of property should not be limited to physical cash or local legal tender.
