Defence Minister Edward Omane Boamah told Parliament that rumors about mass military firings were wrong. Assin South MP John Ntim Fordjour asked questions based on false information about senior officer terminations. Boamah said the wrong claims could mislead citizens watching on television. Anita Asmah leads United Nations forces monitoring areas between Israel and Syria. Felix Asante recently became Acting President of National Defence University inside Ghana. Air Vice Marshal Asante heads the military education center for officer training programs.
