She died from the injury right away at his house.

The killer put her dead body into a wheelbarrow and took her outside. He carried her to some bushes close to where he lives every day. Osaigbovo dug a hole and buried her there without telling anyone about it. Police officers made him show them exactly where he put the body. They found her phone with him when they searched his things.
