EIZO Unveils Eco-Friendly FlexScan EV2410R Monitor

EIZO just released a new 24-inch business monitor called the FlexScan EV2410R. The screen shows images at 1920 x 1200 resolution. It replaces the older EV2456 model but continues to serve companies that need long-term, reliable equipment.

The new monitor uses only 8 watts of power, cutting energy use by 27% compared to earlier versions. This helps businesses save money on electricity bills and reduce carbon emissions. It earned top sustainability ratings, including TCO Certified, ENERGY STAR, and EPEAT Gold status.

More than half of the monitor cases are made from recycled plastic, and even the packaging materials are recycled to help the environment. Corporate buyers can order four monitors in one box with stands packed separately to create less waste during shipping.

For 20 years, EIZO has made monitors with older analog connections alongside newer digital ones. The EV2410R includes both types of ports for schools, hospitals, and security centers still using legacy systems. The company backs each monitor with a five-year warranty, including six months of coverage against bright pixel defects.
