The Kenyan women's national soccer team, the Starlets, won an important match against Tunisia. The game was part of a tournament to decide which teams will play in the Africa Women's Cup of Nations next year in Morocco.
Tereza Engesha scored the only goal for the Starlets just three minutes after the game started. The match took place at a stadium in Tunis, the capital of Tunisia.
The Starlets' goalkeeper, Lilian Awuor, had an amazing game. She stopped two penalty kicks, one in the 46th minute and another in the 76th minute. These saves helped her team win the match.
Dorcas Shikobe, the team captain, played very well on defense. She stopped many of Tunisia's attacks, which made them shoot from far away. Awuor easily saved all of these long-distance shots.

At first, Equatorial Guinea qualified, but later, Kenya was given the spot because the other team used a player who wasn't allowed. However, this decision was changed, and Kenya missed out on playing in the tournament.
Last year, Kenya couldn't play because FIFA, the group that controls international soccer, suspended them. Uganda got to qualify instead. This year, they lost to Botswana in a very close match and didn't make it again.
