Police confirmed they received complaints against all 24 suspects.

BNP claims these officials rigged three major elections from 2014 to 2024. The party says election commissioners announced fake winners without real votes. Former police chiefs and intelligence agency heads also face charges for helping with the fraud. Several election commissioners from different years appear on the accused list. The case alleges criminal behavior during all three voting periods.

Officer Emaul Haque confirmed the case covers many government officials who worked during those elections. BNP believes law enforcement agencies helped election officials cheat voters. The party wants courts to punish everyone who participated in the fake voting schemes.
