The scheme used fake names of 9,934 people across two years of service programs. Investigators found the company never appeared on the official vendor list. After getting the money, she moved it through four different companies to hide where it came from. AMEACOM, Scaffold, OTCHEY, and Aristo Logistics received transfers totaling almost 23 million cedis. Officials plan to charge everyone involved and recover the stolen funds.
