Police charged him with fraud under Section 136 of the Criminal Law Act. Magistrate Eva Matura watches over the case where he faces many counts of tricking people and acting as a doctor.

His former girlfriend, Samantha Ziki, claims he took $1600 from her for a nursing school spot that never came through. Vanhuvaone says she wants revenge because they broke up. Court papers show he saw patients on September 16 last year. Miss Hove went to him for help, but reported him when she stayed sick. Hospital staff later found he somehow got office space inside the building.
