A group called FEDOMA wants to make sure people with disabilities can help make big decisions in Malawi. Mr. Symon Munde leads this group. He talked about this in a town called Zomba. His group started a new project to help men, women, and children with disabilities speak up about what they need.

Mr. Munde feels sad because many people leave out those with disabilities when making choices about their villages and towns. He thinks this makes life harder for people with disabilities. Mr. Ruperth Kamtsendero works for the town. He thinks FEDOMA's new project will help everyone. He believes more people with disabilities will attend meetings and share their ideas about improving the town.

A group from another country called Brot gives money to help this project run for two years. FEDOMA plans to help people in other towns, such as Balaka, Kasungu, and Ntcheu. They want everyone to have a chance to make their towns better places to live.
