Andrew Jovinala and Promise Kamwendo replaced Paipi and Zeliat Nkhoma as substitutes. Wisdom Mpinganjira missed a close range shot during the 68th minute when teammates set him up perfectly. Lesotho scored the winning goal through substitute Makara Ntaitsane with six minutes remaining.
