FNB Namibia appoints Muinjo and Minnaar to key leadership roles

The First National Bank of Namibia has appointed Ziggy Muinjo as its new head of investments and Carpio Minnaar as head of operations. Muinjo, an investment professional with over a decade of experience, will develop retail investment strategies and create client-focused products. Minnaar brings more than fifteen years of expertise in business optimization and regulatory compliance to his position.

Muinjo stated his commitment to strengthening the national investment landscape with inclusive financial solutions. Minnaar expressed his intention to support the bank's growth by driving operational excellence and customer-centric services.

The bank noted that Muinjo's previous senior roles included positions at the Government Institutions Pension Fund and Rand Merchant Bank Namibia. Minnaar's career includes executive functions at Mobile Telecommunications Limited and Nedbank Namibia.
