She insists Moyo helped Taruvinga during his cancer treatment but never married him legally. Moyo wants access to his house and demands return of his wallet containing 1,800 dollars. Bulawayo High Court will decide both disputes about the executor appointment and property rights. The case continues waiting for a judge's final ruling.
