Oti Akenteng worked with Dramani before and knows he does good work. He says Dramani always studies new coaching methods and learns from every game. The coach worked at CAF, with Ghana's national team, and at Asante Kotoko during his career. Oti Akenteng believes Hearts of Oak picked the right person to help their players improve.

Hearts of Oak plans other changes besides hiring a new coach. Current Technical Director Aboubakar Ouattara will leave his position at the club soon. The team also created a new group of people who will find talented players to join the squad.
