The site showed an error message: "This page isn't working." Students were supposed to type in their exam number and name to see their scores. Minister Ogemba said anyone having trouble should call KNEC for free at 0800724900 or 0800721410.

Lots of Kenyans went on social media. They shared how frustrated they were that they couldn't see their results quickly. They had to wait because of the website issues.
