They should have looked at the rules very carefully before starting the work. This would have saved money and made the stadium ready faster.

The inside of the stadium looks nice but needs some changes. The space outside the stadium makes everything look bad. People left trash around the fence and made the place dirty. If the checkers see this mess, they might say no again.

The people running the stadium should keep the place clean and beautiful. This matters because it is the only big stadium in The Gambia where teams from other countries can play. Nobody needs to tell them that keeping things clean makes places better.
