Bell Bottling Introduces First Canned Brew in Gambia.

Bell Bottling launched Gambia's first canned brewed drink on Friday. The event was held at the company's Brusubi-Turntable headquarters.

Borrie Darboe is the sales and marketing director. He said the canned drinks are the newest product from the Bonto factory. It began operations in 2021 after Banjul Breweries BBL closed.

Bell Bottling has filled the gap left by BBL's exit and added new drinks, giving Gambia its own beverage products.

"This is the dream of Bell Bottling's directors, shareholders, and staff," Darboe said. He credited the Gambian people for supporting the products.

The company employs hundreds directly and indirectly, including distributors. Bell Bottling has given over D3M from sales to help distributors grow.

At the event, the company gave prizes to its top seven distributors. The gifts included motorcycles, gas cookers, and mobile phones. The goal was to motivate them.

Bell Bottling is proud to bring the first canned brewed drink to the Gambia. The company plans to keep expanding its offerings and hopes Gambians will continue to embrace its products.
