Gambia's Jassey Chosen as CAF Mentor for African MAs

Lamin Jassey is the top helper at The Gambia Football Group. The big football group for all of Africa picked him to teach other helpers like him.

This teaching program wants to improve the jobs of all the main helpers in football groups. By working together, they will learn from each other. Mr. Jassey went to Cairo, Egypt. After he finished his classes, the African football group asked him to help new helpers learn their jobs.

The Africa football group started this program because they want all their football groups to be strong. They believe when helpers work well, football will be better across Africa. "The success of our big group depends on each small group doing well," the Africa football group said in a letter to Mr. Jassey.

The program teaches important things like making plans, talking to important people, and running things smoothly. Everyone attends workshops and training to learn how to fix problems in their football groups. The African Football Group wants better leaders to grow football in Africa.

This new program fits with The Gambia's plan to improve football between 2022 and 2026. The Gambia Football group is very happy. They want everyone to know how proud they are of Mr. Jassey for this big achievement in our country's football.
