Keeping forward reserve enabled adds roughly 128 ms of host latency. Setting RESERVE to zero removes that delay and keeps drag-only use. macOS 10.13 and newer supports AU, VST3, and standalone use on Intel or Apple Silicon. Windows 10 and newer get 64-bit VST3.
