Joe Ghartey, who served as Ghana's Railway Minister, spoke out about recent troubles in Parliament. He shared his thoughts with Joshua N.K. Ayira on ABC News this Thursday.

Ghartey tried to become his party's leader in 2016 but lost to Nana Akufo-Addo, who became president. Asked if he might run for president again, he gave an unclear answer. "When the horn blows, we will see who steps on the train," he said.
