Bishop Godfrey Loum of the Diocese of Northern Uganda urged regional leaders to demonstrate moral integrity in their public and private conduct on Friday at the Favour of God Government Leaders Prayer Breakfast at House of Prayer Church in Kont Paco. The bishop stressed that leaders must embody honesty and service to guide society properly and address poverty affecting families across the Acholi Sub-region.
