The government has made friends with countries like China, Belarus, and Russia. These friendships have helped bring modern equipment for farming, mining, building, health care, and safety, even though the USA and other Western countries have put limits on Zimbabwe's economy.

The 133 fire trucks let local areas quickly deal with fires, car crashes, and other emergencies. Russia also sent 18 medical helicopters to help sick people faster.

Minister Ncube asked local leaders to make sure these trucks and ambulances are used when needed. He does not want them just sitting parked when people need help.

Because of heavy rain, Minister Ncube told local leaders to cut grass, fix drains, manage trash, fill holes in roads, fix street lights, and make places for small businesses. These improvements will help bring more business to the area.

Minister Ncube believes Zimbabwe can become a better-off country under President Mnangagwa's leadership. The Midlands Province fully supports this goal.
