Ahmed Abdullahi is sad that parliament members want to keep money that should go to counties by law. He believes these parliament members want to control agencies that build roads, which should belong to counties according to Kenya's main rules.

The Council of Governors wants parliament to change old road laws to match Kenya's 2010 Constitution. They want laws that join together two road agencies because these agencies do county jobs. Governor Abdullahi asks everyone to make sure parliament does not try to stop counties from getting the road money they need.
