He said success means real improvements in Zimbabwean lives.

Many partners attended, including UN Coordinator Edward Kallon and World Bank Manager Eneida Fernandes. Dr. Rushwaya mentioned they should measure how much their work actually helps people before the current partnership ends in 2026. As Zimbabwe creates its next development plan, NDS2, they want all groups, including the UN team, to help shape and carry out this blueprint.
